webPDF as Hypervisor

webPDF can be used as a virtual machine on a hypervisor

By installing the webPDF packages for Windows or Linux, webPDF can also be used on a type 1 (native) hypervisor.

To do this, the corresponding operating system is provided on the hypervisor, such as Hyper-V, KVM, ESXi or Xen. webPDF is then installed in this operating system with its installation package. During installation, the technical requirements of the base operating system must be observed.

Use in a type 2 (hosted) hypervisor is also possible, but should only be considered for test purposes.
